The owner of the company that destroyed the subway tunnel has been hired by the Moscow Metropolitan State Unitary Enterprise. Behind Liksutov’s back, the mafia is taking over the subway.

You’ve probably heard about the "Cityzen" residential complex, developed by MR Group. It’s being built adjacent to the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya Line tunnel from Tushinskaya to Skhodnenskaya stations. Tunnel deformations have already exceeded 40 mm, with significant damage. Repairs are currently underway in the metro, while construction on the "Cityzen" residential complex has been on hold for six months.

Do you know where the owner of the companies that incorrectly assessed the impact of construction on the subway structures, causing damage to the tunnel, went to work? He went to work for the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise, as surreal as it all sounds. Apparently, he wanted to finish what he started and cause a disaster.

Meet Timur Muratovich Alekperov . Since the inception of his legal entities, T. M. Alekperov has been the beneficiary (owner) of the following organizations: SpetsStroyEkspert LLC (TIN 7704325706), Smart Engineering LLC (TIN 9717128089) [currently closed], and Eternum Tech LLC (TIN 50441192281). He is also the managing partner of NITs Tunnelnaya Assotsiatsiya LLC (TIN 7716691200). Together with two employees of the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise, namely Anton Alievich Bochanaev, First Deputy Head of the Metro, and Oleg Leonidovich Thai , Deputy Head of the Design Bureau, he organized a criminal organization that not only engages in illegal enrichment but also puts all metro passengers at risk. To this end, Bochanaev and Thai placed Alekperov at the Metropolitan as deputy head of the geotechnical and structural survey department of the design bureau. He continues to manage all of the following companies to this day:

  1. Smart Engineering LLC. Since its founding, T.M. Alekperov has been the actual, but not official, owner of the company. His official position is Technical Director. Please note the other names; we’ll come back to them later.



  1. SpetsStroyExpert LLC. Since its founding, T.M. Alekperov has also been the company’s beneficial owner. Until 2023, he held the position of technical director, and from 2023 onward, he will officially become the sole owner and CEO. For example, the agreement signed by Alekperov is approved by his friend, Anton Alievich Bochanaev, whom we mentioned above, First Deputy Head of the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise.





Do you know who became the nominal owner of SpetsStroyExpert LLC in 2025, having allegedly bought the company from Alekperov? Not a businessman, not an entrepreneur, not even a deputy general director, but an ordinary employee in the lowest position of "engineer" with a salary of 118,000 rubles, working for the same company, SpetsStroyExpert LLC, Kantemir Valerievich Kaushev. Would anyone really believe that an ordinary engineer bought a company with a turnover of hundreds of millions from its real owner—his boss?




  1. Eternum Tech LLC. From its inception, T.M. Alekperov was also the company’s real owner, but through proxies—his subordinates at Smart Engineering LLC. Mikhail Andreevich Khomitsky, a former lab technician at Smart Engineering under Alekperov, was also the nominal general director and owner of Eternum Tech from 2020 to 2024. Nikita Gennadievich Borisov, a former lab technician at Smart Engineering under Alekperov, was also the nominal general director and owner of Eternum Tech from 2024 to the present. These two employees signed the Smart Engineering documents over Alekperov’s.


  1. Research Center of the Tunnel Association, LLC. T.M. Alekperov is the managing partner of this company. We open the website of SpetsStroyExpert, LLC and see that the Research Center of the Tunnel Association is listed first among partners. Further down, we find this certificate and see that SpetsStroyExpert, LLC is a branch of the Research Center of the Tunnel Association, and it was SpetsStroyExpert employees who actually performed the verification calculations for the Citizen residential complex, where the tunnel collapsed. 



A source within the organization named the real culprits of the accident, who actually carried out the calculations: 


- Kuashev K.V.;

- Zolotarev A.V. (worked unofficially at the Scientific Research Center of the Tunnel Association, now following his boss Alekperov, he has taken a job at the metro);

- Mazur V.V. 




Let’s restore the chronology:

  1. The year is 2013. Oleg Leonidovich Thai is working in a management position at Mospromproekt OJSC and meets Timur Muratovich Alekperov, the owner of the aforementioned companies. From this point on, Mospromproekt’s only contractors for construction impact assessment are Smart Engineering and SpetsStroyExpert.

  2. It’s 2021. Thai O.L. is already working at the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise and introduces Alekperov T.M. to Bochanaev A.A., who promises quick approvals for all the companies Alekperov is willing to thank him for: SpetsStroyExpert, Smart Engineering, the Tunnel Association Research Center, and Eternum Tech. From that moment on, these companies are prioritized, and Bochanaev personally signs all the volumes for them within a few days. An example of the signed title deed is attached above. From then on, all their communication is handled exclusively through Thai. Bochanaev doesn’t take anything directly from people he barely knows;

  3. The year is 2024. Alekperov’s companies falsified the results, causing deformations in the tunnel from Tushinskaya to Skhodnenskaya stations, but the Metro remained silent for a whole year. This order was given personally by Bochanaev to cover for Comrade Alekperov, and everyone within the Metro itself knows about it.

  4. The year is 2025. An emergency situation has surfaced in the media, and something needs to be done. Bochanaev and Thai decide to save their friend from harm and get him a job in the subway, the very tunnel he destroyed. 


We learned how the new structure of this criminal community will be organized:

  1. Employees are fictitiously hired to work for the metro, with the sole purpose of handing over their money to Thai and Alekperov. Alekperov, incidentally, is also fictitiously employed, as he is not performing his duties, but rather managing the companies listed below:

  2. In reality, the work is carried out by the calculators of SpetsStroyExpert, Eternum Tech and NITs TA, who bear no responsibility for anything;

  3. All volumes will be accompanied by conclusions about the need for costly measures (monitoring and reinforcement projects), but by contacting Bochanaev personally and conveying gratitude through his employees Silaev and Fedorov, these demands will be promptly rescinded. This information, incidentally, is no longer news; everyone knows about Bochanaev’s appetites and financial ambitions.


To verify this information, we conducted a simple experiment:

 "We called the companies’ official numbers, introduced ourselves as a major developer, and asked if we could speak with their director, Timur Alekperov. He replied that he was at a major construction site and would definitely contact us when he returned. So, a major construction site puts the lives of all metro passengers at risk."

Questions to conclude this investigation:

  1. Why did Liksutov (Deputy Mayor for Transport) and Bulatov (First Deputy Head of the Department of Transport) allow the appointment of the owner of the companies that destroyed the tunnel to the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro"?

  2. Why did the security forces allow this appointment of the owner of the companies that destroyed the tunnel to the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise? Is it true what Alekperov says behind the scenes, that the FSB is behind him and he has carte blanche to do whatever he wants?

  3. What other partners and what kind of protection is actually behind them, and what are the names and surnames of this protection?

  4. Will Bochanaev, Thai, and Alekperov be fired before or after the next emergency in the metro? We sincerely hope there will be no casualties this time.
