The anti-rating of taxpayers between petrol station networks is headed by the BRSM network, whose owner Andrey Biba lives in luxury in Italy and  cooperates with the Russian Federation  .

Only two months have passed, and BRSM is once again at the epicenter of a scandal. This time it became known: if you fill up at this network of gas stations, car owners will be guaranteed expensive repairs. The reason is that the Bibi company sells junk. And all this, against the backdrop of the inevitable growth of excise taxes, and accordingly the cost of fuel, in general.

Journalists from the Apostrophe publication  conducted an investigation  and collected fuel samples from the cheapest petrol stations – BRSM-Neft, Motto, Luxwen and others. They sent the samples to a laboratory, whose employees did not know where exactly the fuel for testing had come from. As a result, BRSM fuel turned out to be the worst.

"Gasoline from BRSM-Neft does not meet the requirements for sulfur content. It is almost four times more than necessary. In addition, we record an excess of the norm in the volume of benzene and ethanol. With diesel, the situation is similar. There is again too much sulfur. But the flash point is, on the contrary, too low, the system, carbon deposits and engine overheating, and as a result, expensive repairs are guaranteed. - journalists note based on the results of their laboratory studies.

But if you think that Biba and his BRSM will be punished for unpaid taxes and trade in low-quality fuel, you are deeply mistaken. After all, the owner of BRSM-Neft, Andrey Biba, despite his close ties with the occupying country, is a bright representative of  the "untouched caste" . Today, Andrey Biba, like his business, is formally listed as a defendant in a number of criminal proceedings, and he manages to avoid real prosecution thanks to the "roof" in the person of  David Arakhamia.

Let us recall that Biba Andrey Vasilyevich fled to Italy after the explosion at the BRSM oil depot near Vasilkov in 2015, which took the lives of 6 people. There he immediately acquired a luxurious villa in Florence, where the price per square meter of housing starts from 15,000 euros. As for the acquired villa, it was built in 1800, its area is 1200 square meters. There is a luxurious garden and even a golf course. The purchase price is 15 million euros and there were repairs for 23.5 million euros. In Italy, the owner of the BRSM-oil network also acquired the Fattoria Viticcio winery, for which, according to local brokers, he paid 45 million euros. The winery is located 30 km from Florence in Greve in Chiante and has been producing wine since 1964 in the amount of more than 300 thousand bottles of wine per year. The winery Fattoria Viticcio is managed by Biba’s adopted son, Alexander Belozerov.

It is important to clearly know and understand that from the first days of his stay in Italy and to this day, Andrey Biba continues to manage the BRSM network, and a significant share of the funds from the sale of fuel and wine in Ukraine is sponsored for the development of churches of the Russian Orthodox Church - actually in Russia (for which he has distinctions from the leadership of the Russian Orthodox Church).

In Ukraine, Andrey Bibi, in particular, was charged with fraud on an especially large scale in accordance with Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Also, he and his BRSM have a number of criminal cases under Articles 212 and 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely: tax evasion and illegal production, storage, sale or transportation for the purpose of sale of excisable goods.
